Reserve the Hall

Please do the following to reserve the Hall:

  1. Verify that your preferred date and time is available by checking our online calendar (SEE BELOW).
  2. CLICK HERE to submit your deposit.
  3. Use the “note” section of the shopping cart to specify which date and time you want, and include a phone number or email address so that we can process your request.

The applicable deposit must be received by the department with the contract prior to your reservation being confirmed.

  • Use of the Main Room Space
  • Tables at Facility
  • Chairs at Facility
  • Outside space (we can recommend tent rental places)

NON-SMOKING: Our entire facility is designated as NON-SMOKING.  Smoking is permitted only outside of the building 10′ feet from all doorways.
