REVISED PRICING EFFECTIVE January 1st 2024

Rental Fee: $200.00

Owego Fire Dept Member Rental Fee: $100.00

$50 Cleaning fee – due at time of booking to secure date on calendar.

Deposit must be received and acknowledged by the Fire Department Agent for your reservation to be confirmed. No rental agreement or changes will be accepted by any oral agreement.   All Changes must be approved in writing by the Fire Department Agent.

Please do the following to reserve the Hall:

  1. Verify date and time is available by checking our online calendar (SEE BELOW).
  2. CLICK HERE to submit your deposit. Using PayPal or Venmo
  3. After making your deposit/payment – please forward email receipt from PayPal to secretary@owegofire.org and include:
    • Date and time you need unlocked
    • include a phone number and email address so we can contact you.
    • Prior to rental date, a signed contract must be received
    • A copy of the contract and terms/conditions can be downloaded by clicking here

Rental Include:

  • Use of the Main Room Space; including all tables and chairs
  • Use of outside space (we can recommend tent rental places)
